Personal Training

Personal Training is exactly that, the ultimate expression of your aims and goals in a controlled training experience that will progress you to success.

“Fit for Purpose” is the basis of my training – training  for an absolute beginner through to an elite athlete and all categories in between including rehabilitation. Training involves attention to Diet and I will not train anyone who is not prepared to make dietary adjustments if necessary. All individual clients must provide a 7 day record of food and drink intake (record log available from me) at the initial free trial session.

Other “packages” are available within the Fit for Purpose scenario – they include “Basic” for the individual first starting out and can range from $35 to $77 per session (shared session to individual session) and “Group” sessions for up to 10 individuals at $10 per person.

Body Building -Training packages come in $1100.00 segments – 10 sessions (they are not time limited) plus an initial obligation free trial session to check compatibility. Card facilities are available. Please note, if you are an existing gym member there may be requirements/restrictions on the use of an external personal trainer that could preclude a program. There will be a negotiated fee structure for more than the 10 session scenario.

Be prepared to do 2 sessions a week with me and a minimum 1 to 2 sessions on your own – this can be planned during the initial session.
