Bodybuilding

Natural BodyBuilding is perhaps the ultimate expression of a Gym Training Program. The results you achieve are a direct result of your training and your attention to your diet. Diet being the way you eat, not “going on a diet” which is an entirely different circumstance. There is “dieting” as such, in the lead up to a competition where the aim is to reduce body fat for on-stage “appearance” and visual effect.

Natural BodyBuilding is on the cutting edge of training and dietary performance. No chemical assistance here. The INBA (International Natural BodyBuilding Federation) Competitions are run under the same strict requirements as those of the Olympic Federation. Australian Drug Testing Authorities – ASADA –  are a standard sight at INBA Competions with the same testing procedures at overseas International events. The INBA is the biggest Natural BodyBuilding Federation in the World.

The Natural Olympia is the pinnacle of Natural BodyBuilding followed by the Natural Universe, the World Championships and the World Cup in that order.
